Bill Hoeltke, Owner

Bill Hoeltke has spent his adult career in Agriculture. He began as a Management Apprentice in the Cenex system after graduating from college. He has managed four different Agricultural Cooperatives in the State of Wisconsin. He last managed at the Valders Cooperative in Valders, Wisconsin for the past 17 years before retiring in May of 2008. Valders Cooperative is a full service cooperative with multiple departments, including Grain, Agronomy, Feed, Seed, Refined Fuels Distribution, L.P. Distribution, three Convenience Stores, two Specialty Feed Stores (Country Stores), Automobile repair shop, two Subway Restaurants, and a Grand Rental Station. Bill has always had a passion for agriculture and brings the background and knowledge to assist his clients in finding just the right people.

Traci is an invaluable member of the MRI of Manitowoc team. She has been associated with Agriculture most of her life. She supports her husband by doing the research and qualifying individuals for the important positions that need to be filled. While helping her husband she also works part-time for the City of Two Rivers as the Volunteer Coordinator for the Meals on Wheels program for the City of Two Rivers. Traci understands the importance of “getting just the right person” for the openings they work with their clients on in Agriculture. Her goal is to astound the client by exceeding their expectations with service and high quality individuals.
