As part of the search process, I’ll provide you with a “snap shot” of the person you will meet during the interview process. You’ll be more prepared to take the candidate a step further in your own assessment.
• Confidentiality: We regard the confidentiality of our clients in the same manner as that of our candidates. We understand the competitive nature of the agricultural business environment and believe it all comes down to one important principal: respect. You and the company you represent are very important to us and we will only release information that is appropriate to our position in the search process.

How We Charge:

MRI of Manitowoc operates on a contingency service basis. You only pay my fee when you agree to hire our candidate. We guarantee the placement of our candidates for 90 days. Our job is to find the right talent for your agricultural team, and you won’t pay us until we do just that.

Maybe finding a candidate for a limited time or short term project is right for you! Here are some of the benefits we supply through Contract Staffing:

1. MRI of Manitowoc takes care of the payroll functions.
2. MRI of Manitowoc files and pays all payroll taxes and year end requirements.
